1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ht777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the ht777 website and all associated services, products, and features accessible at ht777.one and any sub-domains thereof ("the Platform").

Access to and use of the ht777 Platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered players, depositors, and contributors of content. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet or casino game wager on the ht777 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ht777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting as a player).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

• You must not have had a previous ht777 account that was closed or suspended by the Company for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

ht777 reserves the right to conduct verification checks at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false information regarding age or identity to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ht777 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. ht777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, where applicable, confiscate any balances therein.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Registration information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

In accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and ht777's internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies, ht777 requires players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents may include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC — Computerised National Identity Card for Pakistani nationals);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• A recent selfie photograph for liveness verification;
• Source of funds documentation, where required by AML policy.

ht777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including at the point of registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure. KYC verification is a protective mechanism — it safeguards both the Player and the integrity of the ht777 Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ht777 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP codes, or any other account access information with any third party. ht777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your ht777 account, you must contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ht777 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other payment methods as displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposit transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier and may vary by payment method.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered ht777 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your ht777 account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, or to another verified payment account held in the player's name. ht777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are indicated in the cashier. ht777 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending KYC verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected irregular activity. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier.

4.3 Inactive Account Fees

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. ht777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormant account administration fee to balances in dormant accounts, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ht777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, casino games, slots, Super Keno, or crash games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the ht777 Platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bets are final once confirmed. ht777 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where the relevant game rules expressly provide for cancellation.
• ht777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or human input error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or casino game, the result recorded in the ht777 system shall be conclusive, subject to the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process initiated by the player.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical outcomes. The ht777 Platform does not manipulate game outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ht777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are distinct from real-money funds and are subject to the promotion terms.
• Only one active bonus may be held at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ht777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or manipulation of the promotional system.
• Players found to have opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times will have all related accounts closed and all associated balances forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ht777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by ht777;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform — any such issue must be reported to ht777 support immediately;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or that is intended to circumvent AML controls;
• Providing false identification or other documentation during KYC verification;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your ht777 account;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ht777 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and design elements — is the property of ht777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No right is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ht777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if ht777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ht777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ht777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

ht777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ht777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ht777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required by law, by licensed KYC/AML providers, or by payment processing partners necessary for the operation of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

ht777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players who wish to manage their gambling activity may use the following tools available in their ht777 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time alerts to be notified of session duration.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

ht777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, ht777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ht777's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ht777's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players seeking to raise a formal dispute should first contact ht777 support and allow a reasonable period for resolution before escalating the matter.

14. Changes to These Terms

ht777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ht777 will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the ht777 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
